Of Myth and Mud

"Of Myth and Mud" is a play by Sarah Saltwick solicited for our season of new works. The play is a series of vignettes linked together by the birth of Pandora, a woman born of mud. Through mythical creatures, Pandora learns about experiences women have: growing up, love, change, and loss. We experimented with a variety of theatrical techniques for this production, including puppetry, and included modern dance choreographed by Amanda Sowerby, original art from David Powell, and original music composition from Alex Thedell.
